All classes include Meditation Techniques. We begin with quiet mind followed by asana to warm up the body and then some deeper practice to help us let go of everything that isn’t the practice. Each class has a focus and intention to open our awareness and gage what this body, mind, energy body needs.   Come begin your journey...


Yoga is for Everyone

Yoga unites the mind, Physical body, and energy body in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach, improve and enjoy poses, correct posture, improve breathing and your outlook on life. 

Yoga Enhances Wellness

Yoga  in it’s practice of postures, breathing techniques, mantras  and meditation is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. Not only on the mat but before or after a walk, run, or workout, yoga can  help your body ease while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles and connective tissue.

Yoga Calms The Mind

The western culture is finally figuring out the benefits  of mediation, which come from the ancient traditions of Yoga. It is important to take a step back from daily life in order to focus on yourself. Breath work and calming the mind  are key to staying in tune with your whole being.
